Cole and Janelle work personally with each home owner to get every detail of their dream home just right. From the earliest of planning stages, they keep in mind what your wants are in all decisions.
What was once a small remodel business started in 2014 expanding year after year simply by word of mouth from satisfied costumers, a change of structure was necessary.
In 2023, Mays Custom Built Homes was created to handle larger scale new builds and projects. While we still have a team on the ground and handle the craftsmanship of interior finishes, we also took on a General Contracting role.

Janelle is Cole’s wife and Business Partner. She is in charge of social media and marketing for May’s Custom Built Homes.
She works with homeowners through every step of the process from the design phase to the finished product so they can make their dream home a reality.
